5. Client Galleries & Wedding Photos
If you're a booked client, your wedding photos and videos are delivered through a private online gallery (such as Pixieset). Select images from real weddings may also be featured in our portfolio, on the Site, on social media, or in advertising, in accordance with the image usage terms in your signed Wedding Services Agreement. If you'd prefer certain images not be used publicly, let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate that request.
6. Your Choices
Marketing emails: You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email we send, or by contacting us directly.
Advertising: You can opt out of interest-based Meta advertising through your Facebook/Instagram ad settings.
Access or deletion: You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or request that we delete it, by contacting us at the email below. We'll respond as promptly as we can, though some information (such as signed contracts or invoices) may need to be retained for legal or accounting purposes.
7. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Wedding photo and video galleries are retained in accordance with the delivery and backup terms in your Wedding Services Agreement.
